the aim of this project is to try out a different form of relationships that is made possible by performing for a different artist, and, to examine how the anticipation of seeing myself through the eyes of another artist informs what and how I perform.
For this project, i have collaborated with performance photographer Jean-Pierre Hamon, visual artist Ric Stott, to see what frames they are able to produce out of my contemplation, sensations, emotions and movements.
This File contain images from my collaboration with Jean Pierre, Ric Stott and Fiona. In the making of these pieces, both artists played a role as a co-creator, and the result being a contemporary portrait that expresses something on the subject experiences of dance and self identity.
